Based on the information in chapter 6, would you prefer to teach in a classroom that had more or less digital technologies? Why or why not?
Me personally would prefer to teach in a classroom that had more digital technology. This is because with digital technology, students are more involved in the classroom lesson and not just sitting at a desk taking notes. The perfect example would be the use of electronic whiteboards or know today as smart boards. A teacher or professor can call students up to the smart board and ask them to do certain task that go along with the lesson for that day. Another great device is the data projector. This type of device is an output device and is great for visual learning. Instead of teacher writing notes on a board, they can just show the slide projections to the students and they can take notes from what they see in front of them. This device saves time for teacher and can help explain concepts to student in a more efficient way. Lastly, pictures can be used in a data projector to enhance a lesson and make it more interesting.
